The Orrville Lions Club had their installation of officers for the upcoming year at their June 28 meeting. Dave Kowaleski, current president, detailed the job description for each office as the officers pledged to uphold their new positions.
In other business, Kowaleski presented perfect attendance pins for the year to Bob Ballentine, Dino Carozza, Dale Hess, Hobie Bond, Kathi Bond, Dave Schoffman, Garth Schoffman, Rita Shisler, Gail Steiger, and Hank Troyer.
The club arranged work groups to place flags up at 6:30 a.m. and remove them at 9 p.m. in downtown Orrville June 29, July 3 and 4. Dr. Kristen Eash, of Sterling Chiropractic, was the guest speaker, focusing on counter-balancing lifes stressors.
