Don’t buy what Trump is selling
Letter to the Editor,
Will America pick for the first time a convicted felon to sit behind the Resolution Desk? Or will voters realize Kamala Harris is the best choice to occupy the Oval Office?
Trump’s dark rhetoric increases as the presidential campaign comes closer to election day. Donald fuels questions about his state of mind when at his latest rally he made crude suggestions about Arnold Palmer’s anatomy when the remarks were supposed to be about Arnold Palmer Airport.
At a Town Hall in Pennsylvania last week, Trump played music for more than 30 minutes, swaying in silence. His speeches are increasingly vulgar and more prone to wild digressions; he refers to all of these as “the weave.”
Trump’s favorite word is “tariff,” and he doesn’t know what he is talking about. By calling for a 20% blanket “tariff” on all imports, we, the consumer, will pay higher prices. You don’t need an economist to figure it out.
Donald is desperately courting Latino voters. My fellow Latinos, this man has built his campaign on the idea that immigrants are destroying “the U.S.,” that Haitian immigrants are eating pets in Ohio. Trump had urged legislators to vote against a bipartisan immigration reform bill, and if that wasn’t enough, he calls immigrants criminals, animals, vermin and every other despicable word in the dictionary.
Don’t buy what Trump is selling. The man is old and unhinged, not capable of being the president of the USA. On Nov. 5, vote Harris-Walz.
