HCGHD schedules summer trail walks
The Holmes County General Health District and Standing Against Falls Coalition are sponsoring a pair of summer trail walks.
The Falls Prevention Program of the Holmes County General Health District and the Standing Against Falls Coalition are sponsoring Summer Trail Walks to promote the importance of daily physical activity to aid in the prevention of falls.
The trail walks will be held at trail sites throughout Holmes County during July and August at various times. Bring the family — no registration is needed.
Here’s the schedule:
—Friday, July 21: Lake Memorial Park, Co. Rd. 100, Big Prairie, from 10-11:30 a.m.
—Tuesday, Aug. 18: Holmes County Home Trail, 7260 St. Rt. 83, Holmesville, from 10-11:30 a.m.
