Health check offered at library

In recognition of February as American Heart Month, Dover Public Library is collaborating with Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital to raise awareness about heart health.
On Go Red Day, Friday, Feb. 2, hospital staff will be at the library from 9-11 a.m. to offer a blood-pressure check and a five-minute instant screening for total cholesterol, good and bad cholesterol, and triglycerides and blood sugar. The most accurate results are achieved with a 12-hour fast.
The cost is $9. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are accepted on a limited basis. To register, call 330-602-0779 or visit www.UnionHospital.org/Events.
