The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a theft from a business on SR 39 in Walnut Creek Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Off1ce received a report of a theft from a business on SR 39 in Hardy Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office conducted a welfare check at a residence on CR 25 in Richland Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of val1dalism to property on CR 400 in Monroe Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an assault that occurred at a business on TR 574 in Prairie Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of harassing communication being received at a residence on TR 260 in Monroe Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 hang up call at a residence on TR 353 ill Berlin Township. All was found to be OK. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 hang up call from a business on TR 366 in Berlin Township. All was found to be OK. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious person on TR 92 in Killbuck Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of glass in the roadway on SR 39 in Berlin Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of criminal mischief on W. Front St. in Killbuck. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a fight at a business on CR 150 in Mechanic Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office assisted another agency at a business on S. Washington St. in Millersburg. Accidents: The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on U.S. 62 in Paint Township. Arrests: Michael William Mulcahy, 56, of Millersburg was arrested by the Millersburg Police Department for Obstructing Official Business, Resisting Arrest, and Operating a Vehicle while h1toxicated. He was released on an O.R. Bond. Richard Lester Duncan, 44, of Shreve was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear. He remains incarcerated on a $1; 000 cash or surety bond. Lester Lee Ridenbaugh. 30, of Millersburg was arrested by the Millersburg Police Department for Domestic Violence. He remains incarcerated at the Holmes County Jail.
