Accidents: The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a juvenile problem that occurred at a business on CR 150 in Mechanic Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of domestic violence at a residence on SR 226 in Ripley Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of vandalism to property on TR 522 in Ripley Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office conducted a civil standby at a business on Vermillion St. in Holmesville. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of harassment being received at a residence on CR 58 in Mechanic Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office responded to fire alarm activations at a business on SR 39 in Monroe Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 hang up call from a business on CR 314 in Monroe Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an assault on CR 1 in Prairie Township. Accidents: The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one vehicle injury accident on SR 520 in Killbuck Township. The Ohio State Highway Patrol handled this report. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on CR 77 in Salt Creek Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one vehicle non-injury accident on CR 192 in Prairie Township. Arrests: Ronald Edward Pappa, 31, of Millersburg was arrested by the Millersburg Police Department for Domestic Violence. He remains incarcerated at the Holmes County Jail. Mandi Marie Sinnett, 32, of Danville was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office for Theft. She was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Jacob Daniel Aune, 30, of Big Prairie was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office for Domestic Violence and Drug Possession. He was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Fires: Holmes Fire District #1 responded to fire alarm activations at a business on SR 39 in Monroe Township. Winesburg Fire personnel responded to a report of a vehicle fire at a residence on TR 661 in Paint Township.
