Suspicious vehicle reported at a S. Washington business. Fraud reported at a S. Washington business; unknown suspect attempted to use a stolen credit card; John Q. Findley, 46, of Big Prairie, was later arrested for misuse of credit cards and remained incarcerated on a felony hold until a bond hearing was scheduled. Vehicle reported parked in a handicapped parking space on Wooster Rd.; parking ticket was given. Theft reported at a S. Washington business; known suspect failed to pay for items; no value is available. Motorist assisted with a disabled vehicle on Forlow St. Dover Police Department assisted in attaining information from an E. Adams St. resident. Juveniles throwing or shooting an object at a vehicle reported on N. Washington. Two vehicle non-injury accident reported on E. Jackson; no report requested.
