Obstructed roadway on SR 83, Prairie Township, cleared. Report taken of grand theft on Allison Ave., Killbuck. Advice and information given on reports of telephone harassment on TR 7, Richland Township, and domestic violence on TR 319, Hardy Township. Timothy William Mellor, 28, of Killbuck, was arrested for theft, forgery, drug possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. He remains incarcerated. Jeremy Lee Blacksten, 29, of Killbuck, was arrested for a probation violation. He remains incarcerated on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
