Advice and information given on report of a citizen dispute on W. Main St., Holmesville. Suspicious person reported on SR 83, Hardy Township; assistance given. Welfare check completed on TR 668, Paint Township. Report taken of a one vehicle non-injury accident on SR 39, Knox Township. OSP handled report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on CR 70, Clark Township. Christopher Michael Devine, 41, of Shreve, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
