Advice and information given on report of an argument on TR 174, Clark Township. Report taken of a citizen dispute on SR 39, Knox Township. Disabled vehicle removed from the roadway on CR 241, Hardy Township. Disabled vehicle reported on CR 120, Berlin Township; assistance given. Obstructed roadway cleared on TR 552, Prairie Township. OSP handled report of a vehicle blocking the roadway at US 62 and SR 206, Richland Township. OSP handled reports of a one vehicle non-injury accident on CR 58, Mechanic Township, and a two vehicle non-injury on CR 201, Salt Creek Township. Reports taken of a one vehicle injury accident on SR 83, Hardy Township, and a two vehicle non-injury accident on TR 369, Clark Township. OSP handled report of a two vehicle accident on CR 192, Prairie Township. Kevin Lee Lyons, 23, of Howard, was arrested for telephone harassment. He was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Manuel De Jesus Cerna, 31, of Millersburg, was arrested by Millersburg PD for disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.
