The Wayne County Historical Society is hosting an exhibit on Wayne County pottery, featuring pieces of rare pottery from 1836-1965.

                        

The Wayne County Historical Society is hosting an exhibit on Wayne County pottery, featuring pieces of rare pottery from 1836-1965 never before seen together in one place.

The exhibit includes examples from Graham & Hower Pottery (1847-66) in Doylestown, Houghton/Dalton Pottery (1842-1945), Samuel Routson Pottery in Wooster (1856-82), Hall & Erb Pottery in Orrville (1866-80), Frank Foster’s Mt. Eaton Pottery (1865-80) and Fredericksburg Pottery (1910-65).

The exhibit is open through Dec. 28, with Saturday tours available from 1-4 p.m.
