Porter wins contest
On Jan. 10, TOPS OH1573 Nashville opened with pledges. Bonnie Porter won the holiday bingo contest with the most completed squares. Donna Goodwill was best weekly loser, and she said to engage in an extra physical activity at least three times this week.
For the program Janice Tope led the group for 15 minutes in mid exercises she learned in Silver Sneakers.
TOPS Club meets each Wednesday at the Nashville Global Methodist Church at 5:30 p.m., with weigh-in at 5 p.m. Everyone is welcome, and the first meeting is free.
